If you are a U.S. military service member or veteran, we at the University of Mount Saint Vincent appreciate your dedicated service. The University participates in the Yellow Ribbon Program, which grants access to a college education for military service members and veterans.

The Yellow Ribbon GI Education Enhancement Program (Yellow Ribbon Program), a provision of the Post-9/11 Veterans Educational Assistance Act of 2008, allows institutions of higher education in the United States to voluntarily enter into an agreement with the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) to fund tuition expenses that exceed the highest public in-state undergraduate tuition rate. The institution can contribute up to 50 percent of those expenses and VA will match the same amount as the institution. Mount Saint Vincent has made that commitment to you.
